Shipping & Returns

The Fragrance Loft ships customer packages with UPS for domestic orders and/or with FedEx and DHL for international orders. All shipping & handling costs are based upon flat rates and are outlined in the tables below - all packages are also fully insured against damages.

Domestic Shipping Rates

• UPS Ground: $7.95 and only $1.50 for each additional item - delivers in 2 to 5 business days


• UPS 2nd day Air: $12.95 and only $3.50 for each additional item - delivers in 1 to 2 business days

• Worldwide Standard: $11.95 and only $5.00 for each additional item - delivers in 4 to 12 business days*


• Worldwide Premium: $32.00 and only 7.50 for each additional item - delivers in 2 to 7 business days**

**With Worldwide Premium shipping we will ship your order by either UPS, FedEx or DHL and you will also receive an email containing your tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Returns

• Customer orders can be returned up to 14 business days after the ship date for a full refund less the original shipping costs along with any gift wrapping charges, if applicable.


• If you would like to return any product(s) from your order simply contact us and you will be promptly issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#) along with the return address to send the unwanted product to.


• Any product(s) being returned for a refund must remain unopened and still be in their original sealed packaging. We cannot accept any returned products that are not in the same condition in which you received them.


• You can expect your refund within 7 business days of our receiving your returned product.


• Please note that we cannot accept returns for cosmetics or skincare items due to health regulations so please make those selections carefully.
